Body positivity

Body positivism is one of the vital necessity we need to embrace for our physical and mental daily growth of our life.

Have you ever been called by people as fatso, skinny, giraffe, skinny stick, hairy princess, thunder thighs, hippo, fatty???????????

According to the recent study conducted by static brain research it is said that 91% of woman are unhappy with their bodies and resort to dieting. In fact 90% of men are not happy with their bodies at some or other point in their life. This does not not end here it spreads among our children, school kids, teens are also equivalently vulnerable to the concept of body insecurity.

I would like to specify this blog is entirely about body positivity not body shaming.Because I don’t care what they think about you.I do really care what you think about yourself.I am not going to lecture you about how to take care of your health, eat healthy food, exercise,do yoga, hit the gym to reduce those extra pounds, drink protein shakes to put on some weight, considering you are very well aware of it.

Deep down you know its hard to deal with daily pressure of being in the spot light of mean comments from your family, spouse, friends, siblings, society.

Now brace yourself in enforcing the below mentioned life savior points for enhancing your body positivity.

Now tell me how do you treat your best friend,of course with immense love and respect right????so why don’t you start treating your body with same amount of love. Not because you need it,it is only because you deserve it.Your body is gifted,it’s a blessing not a curse.Start saying at least one powerful positive affirmation right now-

“You are beautiful, forgive me for treating you badly sometimes.Allow me to approach you the way you deserve to be treated”.

It may not work wonders immediately but believe me it will splash its magic pretty soon.

Have you ever wonder Why we always wreck our selves and fail to love ourselves despite of every effort to look perfect. The fundamental reason here is we don’t accept ourselves.Because of that falsely self proclaimed image of being picture perfect we often forget sometimes that we are beautiful in our own existent.

“Accept how beautiful your heart is and embrace the charm deep within it”

Our favorite celebrity on TV or that supermodel that you see onย  Instagram who are extremely perfect with impeccable beauty and body have ever made you feel insecure about yourself at some or the other point of your life????

Let me clear your mind they are hundreds of people backbreaking their heads to make them look beautiful.Even they have their own insecurities and pressures to deal with, in order to constantly look perfect for their living income.

So stop comparing yourself to some one you see on social media.Your value does not lie on how your body looks.Let your character and good heart and successful career become your front end presenter.

Accepting your flaws and empowering them is the key ingredient for body positivity. Yes we come in all different shapes and sizes but being mature enough to acknowledge and embrace each scar and curve on your beauty, that is where lies the tremendous potential of positive body acceptance.

“Let your flaws empower you not engulf you”

Beyond shadow of doubt all I wanted to tell you is that

“You are beautiful,no matter what color, creed, shape, size you are.You got that astounding potential with in you.All you need to do is to just ignite it with your positive approach.”

  2. This is a great blog post. I have just made my teenage daughter read this! Its so important to not let outside influences disturb your mind set. You need to be happy in your own skin and not compare to anyone else!
